State privacy laws vary widely. We honor data rights and opt-out requests from consumers who reside in any U.S. state with a comprehensive consumer privacy law currently in effect.

As of May 2026, these states have enforceable consumer privacy laws and you may exercise the rights described in our Privacy Rights Overview:

California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Indiana, Iowa, Kentucky, Maryland, Minnesota, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Oregon, Rhode Island, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, and Virginia.

What If I Don't Live in a Covered State?

You can still:

• Opt out of marketing communications — this right is available to everyone, not just residents of covered states, under federal CAN-SPAM and TCPA rules.
• Contact us with privacy questions — we'll respond even if we can't fulfill a formal data rights request.
